The East Lycoming Recreation Authority manages the Lime Bluff Recreational Area, and is responsible for handling reservations for use and upkeep of the park
 
The East Lycoming Recreation Authority meets at 7:00PM at the Township Building, 695 Route 405 Highway, Hughesville, PA 17737 on the first Thursday of each month.
 
The Authority is a board composed of representatives from Hughesville and Picture Rocks Boroughs, Jordan, Mill Creek, Shrewsbury and Wolf Townships.
