The Planning Commission is a five-member Board which deals with land-use issues, reviews all development projects in the Township, and recommends their findings to the Board of Supervisors. The Planning Commission also prepares amendments to the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance and the Zoning Ordinance with the assistance of the planning consultant and the engineering consultant.

The Wolf Township Planning Commission hold their meetings on the first Monday of each month (unless the date is a holiday) at 7:00 PM at the Township Building, 695 Route 405 Highway, Hughesville, PA 17737 on the following dates for 2011:
February 7, March 7, April 4, May 2, June 6, Wednesday-July 6, August 1, Wednesday-September 7, October 3, November 7, December 5, 2011
Plans, application and fee must be received in the Township office 30 days prior to the next scheduled regular meeting. The Lycoming County Planning Commission and the Township Engineer have 30 days for review and to submit reports.
Development and subdivision of property in Wolf Township must first be reviewed and approved by the Planning Commission. This review process requires the use of the Subdivision or Land Development Application below:
